The only book on ADHD you'll ever need to read
This is the answer if you're truly an adult with ADHD, but only if you're willing to work through this workbook by actually filling out all the areas where it asks for your input with a pencil; then you'll actually start seeing your life improve.

Another draft is needed that makes this more interesting
Students tell me that some people with ADHD find this difficult to complete since it moves into the arena of ho-hum about half-way through..
