Overall an excellent book for any parent I believe
I am now a Senior in College and this book really helps layout what executive functions are and how they can be incorporated at a younger age to help improve overall performance in the classroom.

As a working mom who values education AND self -esteem for her kids, I only wish this book was available when my son was in middle school/high school.
