Just make sure you take them when you are settling in and ready to sleep , otherwise if you miss the window you can easily be up all night with your normal insomnia..

I have anxiety problems and I can sometimes have trouble sleeping so when I told my doctor this she recommended a sleep aid with Melatonin for me.
