The condition is perfect, especially for a book made in 1997, there is no tear or scratch, coloring, or any other kind of damage to the book.

Very good basic introduction to safety and risks and understanding error management and safety culture.

Book has excellent final points and analysis of system design, but it is exceedingly a challenge to follow the tortured writing style .
