Hides power strip well keep area cleaner.
This product solves two problems I had. The first was an unsightly looking power strip with power cords everywhere. The cords and power strip were a dust and pet hair magnet that was difficult to keep clean. My second problem was/is a cat that likes to chew on every power cord he can find. Being able to place the strip and a portion of the cords into the box has been a huge benefit. I also like the the cable ties. I didn’t need them where I have the box located but have used them in other areas to control cords and even wrap up my hand mixer cord. I have been using the product for approximately a month and have checked regularly for heat build up within the box. So far I have not noted any heat issues but I do have the box in an open area and clean the vent areas often. It was easy to add the small adhesive feet to the bottom and holds a 10” power strip with no problem. The only cons I have noted is the plastic it is made of is a little lightweight. If this was in a higher traffic area I would be concerned it would crack if accidentally kicked or if furniture was pushed tightly against it. The other con is it’s pricey for what it is, a plastic box with some reusable cable ties. If the price was lower and quality a little higher would have given this product 5 stars.

I have lots of cords and plugs around my desk for my computer, gaming system, speakers, lights and charging cables. Since I didn't want to tape or adhere all the cords to my desk, I was looking for something that can be on the ground but also look nice to help hide my extension cords. This box with its wooden lid and white base is beautiful! It came with white Velcro strips and adhesives that you can organize your cables with. There is also the option to mount this to a wall if you'd like because they provide a clear stick-on clip to use. The box comes with openings on 3 sides as seen and lots of openings on the bottom to help air circulate where all of your chargers are plugged in. The white part is a plastic material but holds its shape well and doesn't get dirty easily. I was able to fit 3 different small extension cords inside and it has helped my floor space under my desk look more put together. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for this style to hide some ugly cables!
