For some reason, the pictures made me think these had divots on the bottom for placing dough balls. They do not. They are completely flat and smooth.
The plastic quality is OK, but not super durable. The bottoms say PP, which I think is polystyrene, a decent kind of plastic, but neither they nor the lids seem like they will last through many years of use. I have other kitchen containers of similar constructions that have not held up well to repeated use.
I do like the fact that these are long and thin, with double-hinged lids that snap shut. You can obviously stack them, and you don't need to pull the bottom one out fully to open it, just far enough to pop the front of the lid open. They would be better if they were constructed as drawers that could slide out, as that would enable you to really stack things on top while still accessing the contents, and even removing that piece for cleaning. Which actually gives me the idea of repurposing some other clear kitchen drawers I have and using them to proof dough.
I really like the idea of making a large batch of dough and cutting it into pieces before proofing. I sometimes do that with doughs I freeze. The only issue for me is I generally make no-knead doughs, which are very wet, and I prefer to divide them after doing an overnight or all-day rest in the refrigerator, as that diminishes their stickiness and makes them so much easier to divide. Something to think about. But if you bake frequently and like fresh bread, but hate having to pull out a big hunk of dough and cut and reshape it, it's a great idea to make a large batch and then divide it into smaller balls to be baked daily. Just use less yeast so that it doesn't over-proof while sitting.

I made up some pizza dough today and let it sit in the fridge for 5 hours. We used 1/2 for dinner (two pizzas) and expect to use more breadsticks tomorrow.
The moisture level in the container is high. The lid snaps on, but when I picked it up by the handles, the center pulled up a bit, so I supported the bottom with my other hand.
They washed just fine in the dishwasher. The dough came out easily from the greased container.
