1. How can I skip a box?

You can skip your next item up until the order is created for delivery. To skip your next item: (1) Go to Memberships & Subscriptions, (2) Select the club, and (3) choose 'Skip this box'.

2. Can I return something I don’t want?

Items received as part of the subscription can be returned or refunded within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions. See the Amazon return policies under Help for more details.

3. How much will I be charged every month?

How much you’ll be charged varies based on each month’s curated item but will never exceed what is displayed above. Each month you’ll receive an email indicating the exact cost including any applicable discount and savings.

4. Can I preview and cancel an item before it ships?

You will get a reveal email before each box ships with details on the item selected and cancel by date to avoid charges. You can skip the box before order placement date each month and cancel within 4 days after placement on 'Your Orders'.
