This thing really works , and NO matter the length! I went a whole month w/o touching my leg hairs, and was not disappointed by this little gadget. CAUTION: it will hurt you, if you scrub too hard, especially in upper thighs (delicate skin) ~ however, even when I went a little too hard it was just a tad bit sore for less than 24hrs (I heal fast and have a high pain tolerance, so for some, if you make this mistake you may be raw n sore for a few days). Just go easy. Or just do below your knee. The BEST part is how long it takes for leg hairs to grow back and how fine/soft they are, compared to razor shaving.

This is, hands down, the worst Amazon purchase I’ve ever made 😂 I have fine hair so I thought it would have no problem removing hair according to some of the positive reviews, but it didn’t NOTHING as far as hair removal. I tried more pressure, less pressure, different angles and motions, etc But not a hair was slayed by the pink knight in shining armor. It’s comical how little it did. BUT as far as skin exfoliation, it did indeed make my skin a “smooth daughter”. 😂 In short, it exfoliates but removes zero hairs.

I have used this twice and it does work, but it is more painful than shaving. You use it by moving it in circular motions against your skin. I have sensitive skin and fine hairs, which means I had to either press hard or go over the same area more than once. You do need to apply lotion right after since it also exfoliates your skin and you don't want to get irritated.
I gave 4 stars only bcz it is not completely painless for everyone.

After recent knee replacement surgery, I developed some severe nerve pain, which meant (among other things) that the skin on my whole leg was super-sensitive to touch, and that having any cloth (pants leg, bed sheet) brush lightly over leg hair or even the shortest stubble was *excruciating.* So I was on an insane leg-shaving schedule, not the greatest because my unstable recovering knee made getting in and out of the shower unpleasant and dangerous.

I was sort of desperate for some alternative, and when I saw this I was very dubious, but thought I'd give it a try. And I am AMAZED at how well it works! Quick, simple, stubble is GONE. As others have said, it's important to use a very light touch and move in small gentle circles. I am extremely glad I took a chance on this, as sketchy as it seemed at first glance.

Bought for my 10 year old to help with armpit hair removal. Followed directions, however, my daughter developed a terrible rash after the first use. It was very stingy and painful. I would recommend shaving with a traditional or electric razor over this product.

I bought this on a whim and because I have a tween getting ready to start shaving.
Things I liked
A. This actually works. It removes leg hair and exfoliates very well
B. THE PRICE
C.Ease of use
D. Softest my legs have ever been

You *could* use this on your face if you were very gentle and just took time. This will not work on pubic hair, or rather, the amount you'd have to rub would cause horrible irritation.

There is a slight stinging/irritation sensation after use, but similar to a very mild razor burn minus the bumps and redness.

This is a plastic grated sheet on an oddly shaped handle. It’s better as a skin exfoliator than a hair remover. I tried it in my legs, some hair came off, but it left large patches and didn’t come close to removing the hair like it advertised. I tried it on my arm - nothing. Underarms - nothing. It works best in bony areas, as opposed to softer areas and even then it’s not effective as a hair removal device.

I’ve had this in my cart for months. I kept reading reviews. Seeing videos. Wondering if this was real. If you’re like me, you’ve wondered if this is basically using sandpaper to scrub your hair off. The answer is- yeah kinda. But like a really smooth sandpaper.

The downside- this is kind of addictive. lol But I feel like if you do it too much it’ll make your skin raw. Also I can see this will be good for legs but it isn’t shaped well for underarms.

There’s definitely a learning curve- don’t scrub too hard or you’ll irritate your skin but you still have to scrub hard enough to get the hair. I felt it worked better on dry skin. The bonus is that you get a great exfoliation too. Super smooth results!
