I was in love with this case until now… I bought 3 months ago, and the color was clear… last week, all of sudden, it got yellow, really ugly. It looks disgusting…

Seller contacted me and offered me a refund and explained about the yellowing problem. The side of their clear case is made of TPU material. Light and heat will accelerate the oxidation process of the material, and it will turn yellow under long-term ultraviolet irradiation, which is the characteristic of translucent case TPU material on the market. Trying to solve this issue, they invested money in efforts to develop a new type of anti-yellowing material. After the case is added to this material, it can effectively delay the yellowing speed, which is longer than the general clear case on the market. However, due to the different environment and habits of each person, the speed of the phone case yellowing is different. This explanation makes sense to me. I have purchased other products from Torras in the past and never had problems, this was the first time.
Increasing the rating since their customer service was excellent!
