Great for Eye Health, but High Dose of Zinc!
I take these for eye health. These contain proven ingredients to aid in eye health and prevention of vision loss. They do seem to preserve what you got and help slow the aging of eyes. I've taken similar supplements for years with good results. The only thing that causes caution is the amount of zinc. 80mg of zinc might be alright for short periods, but the most recommended is 40mg. This amount of zinc may also cause stomach issues in some people. To be on the safe side I take a bottle as directed then take 4 weeks off. The softgels are small and easy to swallow with no bad taste or odor. At the suggested one softgel twice per day with meals the bottle will last 2 months. Shop around this formula is available from other brands, sometimes at a lower price.
