There are guides on YouTube that you can find on how to replace the band (I can't link it here).

This REQUIRES SOLDERING SKILLS (and tools) to fully remove one of the ears on the headphones and then slide the new band into place. If you're looking for a simple fix, look for replacement bands that use the Velcro on the band. However, if you have the right skills, this would give you the closest result to the original band.

I removed one star since the description didn't make this clear.
