Curcumin has been shown to have potential benefits for various conditions, such as arthritis, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, depression, and cancer . However, there's a catch: curcumin is poorly absorbed by the body, meaning that you need to consume a lot of turmeric to get enough curcumin in your bloodstream.

Bronson Laboratories is a New York-based supplement manufacturer that has been in business since 1960. The Bronson Vitamins website says they have their own dedicated factory - "Our FDA registered and inspected facility is cGMP-certified and located on Long Island, New York." - and they make 450+ different supplements there.

The bottle I received in September 2023 has outer and inner seals, and says it expires in May 2025. Suggested serving size is 3 capsules, but just 1 capsule has the same quantities of ingredients as the turmeric/curcumin I usually use from other brands. If you use 3 per day, the 180-count bottle lasts 2 months; if you use 1 per day, it lasts 6 months.

Turmeric and Curcumin are often used in a more natural approach to inflammation. BioPerine has been shown to enhance the absorption of the other two ingredients. I've used each of the first two ingredients to good effect in the past, usually with the addition of the third.

This formula has just a few simple but good quality non-GMO Ingredients. Easy to swallow with nice scent from a bit of residue lingering on the capsules as often happens with turmeric. A hint of turmeric taste from that same residue, not objectionable at all. I'll continue to use for it's recommended purpose.

US made, third party tested, always a plus.

I've been suffering with some inflammatory issues for a few years now, but recently they have been off the charts. I'm not going to lie, this product is not a cure all. Also, it does NOT work immediately, you must take it for several weeks before your body starts to calm down a bit. All in all, I feel better. It was weird because I just had an a-ha moment last weekend, wait, my back isn't hurting any more? FULL DISCLOSURE: IN addition to taking this product I'm also doing stretching and yoga several times a week, sometimes as much as twice a day. By itself, I don't think there is any cure for inflammation, but a combination of suppliments like this one with a quality work out routine, improvements to your diet, decreasing stress levels and regular visits to holistic specialists like Chiro or massage will make a huge impact in your quality of life! Added bonus, these pills don't cause any burping or stomach issues, they digest perfectly.

I've tested/taken enough turmeric curcumin at this point to be able to figure out what's good and what isn't effective. For real I've tried dozens. The combo, when done at least right does wonders to help relieve pain. I prefer turmeric curcumin over OTC painkillers

I've tried a higher dosage than these offer (1950 MG), and found it to be effective. I've tried lesser amounts and they've also worked. A lot haven't though. I was curious what 1500 MG would do and these are indeed super effective

That leads me to believe these are some clean, high quality ingredients sourced right just as advertised and so I'd recommend these to anyone looking to experience the benefits of turmeric curcumin/pepper because when it works it's incredible

I was previously taking Member's Mark Turmeric/Curcumin for it's anti inflammatory benefits, but it has also helped with my blood work. This is a great replacement, as the dosage of turmeric/curcumin is higher in the Bronson pills. Also, the Bronson pills have BioPerine black pepper extract, which aids in the absorption of the tumereric/curcumin. My previous pills didn't have this.

The capsules are fairly small, about .5", and easy to take. There is no taste or aftertaste, even when burping.
haha, yes, my old pills would have that burping aftertaste. You do need to take 3 capsules to get the full dosage. It would've been nice to have this dosage in one capsule, but I suppose that means the capsule would be much larger and a turnoff for those who don't like taking pills. This is great addition to your daily supplements.
