There's NOTHING I don't like about this cushion. I've experimented with different styles as a sufferer of coccyx and lumbar pain, and at 5ft 1in, this one is by far the best fitting and most comfortable for me. Other cushions require me to adjust them constantly. Not so with this one. I wouldn't recommend it for a big or tall person, but it's perfect for me and I will be buying a few more.

For years, I've used a tailbone cushion to relieve tailbone pain I get when sitting. I have cheap foam cushions that help, but I've always wondered if getting a memory foam cushion would be better. I've been hesitant to try the memory foam, thinking it'd be too soft and I'd bottom out. I am very happy I don't have that issue with this cushion. I am 122lbs. The memory foam is very comfortable and supportive. When I sit on it, I feel more inclined to sit up straight which is always a good thing.

Upon unboxing, I did not notice any foul odors. When putting my nose right up to the cushion, there was a slight off putting scent, but not enough to need to set it outside to air out. All memory foam needs to off gas a little bit so this is normal. The black color is more like a really dark charcoal grey with light grey flecks which I like. The bottom has little nubbies to keep it in place better. The cover has a zipper making it removable for washing. After unzipping the cover to test it out, I had a bit of trouble getting it to start zipping again. I think it was only hard because the cover is such a perfect fit. Once I squished the foam down, I was able to start the zipper better and from there, it wasn't an issue. I expected the actual foam to be like my memory foam pillow which is very porous and has a foam-like texture. This foam is smooth and kind of shiny. It seems like it may repel liquids. I do not notice the cushion holding much heat.

Very comfortable and priced in line with like products.

Update: I've been using this cushion for for several months now and although I still like it, I've decided firm cushions work better for me. The foam is wearing well, and I I still do not bottom out when sitting on this, but I do sink in quite a bit and my tailbone has been sore. I really like how this cushion is so comfortable, like sitting on a cloud, but it just doesn't work for me. That's not to say it wouldn't work for others so I'm leaving my rating the same. For me it was trial and error to find what works best.
