The product is OK and the box works well until the roll slips from under the cutter. I am fairly handy but I cannot resolve the problem. Now I have to scissor the roll each time. i want to mke a bag.

Additional comment: This company did something totally unexpected. After they read my initial1 star review, they they offered me a total refund for the inconvenience. I am shocked and pleased by their generous offer. I will not hesitate to deal with this company again.

Up to this point, I have been using another brand but very similar product with my Geryon sealer. This appears to be comparable so far and was a bit cheaper than the other ones I had been using. Despite the price difference, I wouldn't see a difference if it had the other name on the box. I took off one star because upon opening my first of two boxes, the roll was folded inside the box and getting it out for the initial use was not the easiest thing in the world.
