Arrived undamaged and look great. Survived the dishwasher a few times so far. Only minor complaint is there is a very noticable seam down the middle of the glass on the outside, but the inside is smooth. I'm guessing maybe they either fused 2 pieces of glass together or they used a mould with 2 halves that they poured molten glass into, but I'm not sure. If that is something that will bother you then get something else.

This coffee mug is great. I've always loved the clear look. The spoons they come with are shaped specificly to glide on the bottom of the mug with making any clinking noise. Plus they hold more coffee or tea that a standard mug. Just be a bit careful. I haven't had a problem yet, but I have seen from others that they are prone to cracking if handled too roughly. Overall, highly recommended for anyone who loves that clear look.

love these cups but one arrived smashed into tiny pieces. Could not safely re-box so will have one cup, two spoons. I love this cup, shape, heaviness, color everything but makers need to do something about shipping materials. It was just placed in small box,then larger shipping box with nothing to cushion it. Would like to buy a few more but cannot run the risk of having them smashed and just losing money.
