Cleaning Guidelines

To clean, machine wash with cold water. Do not use bleach. We recommend line drying or drying without heat on an air-only dryer cycle. A low heat iron can be used if needed.

For smaller areas we recommend a 5’ x 8’ - 6’ x 9’ rug. The front of the rug should rest a few inches in front of your sofa. If you are placing the rug under a coffee table, make sure that it can accommodate all four legs.

Larger rooms typically require a rug that is between 6’ x 9’ - 8’ x 10’. Place the front legs of the sofa on top of the rug. If you prefer, all four legs may also rest completely on the rug surface. Leaving a space of 18"-24" on all sides of the rug will create a border to frame your living space.

If your current set up features furniture floating in the center of the room, we recommend at least a 9’ x 12’. An equal amount of floor space (between 12” - 18”) should be left on all sides if possible. All furniture should sit completely on the rug surface without looking cramped.

I had very high hopes for this rug. Unfortunately, it is definitely NOT stain resistant, nor does it wash well. Within a few weeks, the rug showed significant stains and wear. Initially, it didn't bother me as it claims to be washable. However, absolutely NONE of the stains came out. The rug is in my bedroom and placed under my bed, so I wouldn't consider it to be "high traffic". However, the edges that are exposed to us walking on it barefoot, have worn considerably. The outer edges of the rug show significant fading and wear, unlike the middle of the rug which is under my bed and is showing like new. After washing it as directed, the edges are also curling up and none of the stains came out. I have owned this for about 7 months and it's literally ready to just be thrown away. Saddened that there is no remedy to this as it is past the 30-day return window.

Had this rug in my cart for months and then bought it by accident but turned out to be fate! After having to throw away several rugs due to kids and dogs this showed up at my door and solidified my every expectation!
It’s beautiful easy to clean and it is actually really soft! It is not however thick and cushy- if you want that then get a pad under it!
It is def waterproof as well and has saved my hardwood several times! I have the 9x12 and the 3x5- I have washed both easily it had to lay the big one out to totally dry. The larger one has not curled at all. The smaller has curled but I believe it is because my kids scrap their feet constantly across the ground and make it do that. Because it is only the corner that are exposed to traffic (the ones under the cabinet edges are totally flat)

I will ABSOLUTELY buy these again and again until I have no kids or dogs in the house (which will be forever haha)

The rug is very thin but it lays well. Sticks to your bare feet like microfiber. Very disappointed in the washing. It doesn’t fold flat like it arrived, doesn’t clean well and smells after wash. Very heavy and takes hours in the dryer. My washer/dryer are only a year old and were expensive. Don’t recommend this rug brand.

I would have returned but there was only a one month window so the issues started after that. Unfortunately it looks like it’s several years old and I will be looking for a replacement already.
