Ive only been using it two weeks so i haven’t noticed a huge amount of weight loss but its been about 1-1.5 lbs a week which is what ive been losing on keto normally. Its a nice way to satisfy my sweet tooth while getting caffeine

Update: didnt lose a crazy amount on it, just my normal 1-2 lbs a week but it gives you good energy and satisfies sweet tooth. The taste is delicious. I add 22 oz of water and to me, its better that way plus i can drink it longer :) it does help curb cravings/not as hungry

I have tried some of the other flavors of this brand. I enjoyed the orange but that flavor is not available anymore. After going with the lemon flavor, which wasn't horrible but it took me the whole day to finish one glass, and then swapping to NAT for a while with high expense and really no results, I went back to this brand and tried this flavor. I now see myself being able to drink 2 glasses witb ease. I dont have to choke it down because of the flavor. I really enjoy the flavor and even crave it at times. It does what it says its going to do. I would recommend.

I have no idea why they make low-carb so oversweet with natural sweetners but this one is really bad. I am used to NO sweet, so this level of sweet flavor is really hard for me to take.
I honestly can't stand the taste enough to take it consistently to know if it works.
