Ordered new but received a return
Received the backpack today - was packaged looking as if it was new, but was either a return or someone slipped a used chapstick in one pocket and a used Blistex in another. Kind of gross. Bag seems ok and functional but I am disappointed item was 1) not checked before shipping and 2) I received a returned bag bought as new.2 stars as at least the bag seems ok.

Received the backpack today - was packaged looking as if it was new, but was either a return or someone slipped a used chapstick in one pocket and a used Blistex in another. Kind of gross.
