We need to redo an A/C incoming duct, the uxcell Insulation Sheet, 3meterx0.5mx5mm Self-Adhesive Embossed Aluminum Foil Waterproof Heat Resistant Thermal Barrier, for Roof Wall HVAC Duct Pipe, Rubber Foam will help to form a back area again the wall. This is a custom job, and one of the requirements is maximum insulation for the available space. After the back area is constructed, the uxcell is the outside facing barrier and with its self-adhesive feature, it make the job go faster. Be aware that only peel one corner and stick it on, then peel as you go to prevent it from sticking to itself. The uxcell are barely cover the area needed. We also use multiple thermal barriers to finish out the incoming duct. --

The back adhesive does not stick as well as I would like but is ok but be prepared to use tape as well. The insulation is thin but effective, when I first looked at it I was not sure it was going to be enough but it works.

My only complaint is the amount of insulation you get for the price, would be nice if the roll had more in it. The overall quality of this insulation is nice, it is good stuff, you will be happy with it.

UPDATE: This insulation is doing its job well. It is keeping the cold out and the warmth in. It does not sweat and it shows no signs of any wear and tear on it. I am surprised that this insulation holds the heat in so well, for insulation that is so thin, it is most impressive.
