at 120 L it can carry everything you can stuff in it. I was able to load 2 weeks, basically my entire closet with like 4 pairs of shoes and other things were stuffed in there.
I just have one thing I wish it had: I wish it had an extra grab handle at the bottom like the old design. On the old design, it did have an extra carry handle towards the bottom. But since the bottom plastic is actually a handle, I can see why they did away with it.
If you're short, this can be challenging to pick up especially when it loaded. To throw it in your vehicle or on the bed at your destination, I found the best way is to grab the front top handle and the bottom plastic piece. Although I wish it had one more handle right above where it says Transporter 120.
other than that, Osprey is one of my favorite brands. I continue to buy their products because they just built quality.
Notes: this does have 2 internal straps (previous model had 3 which I wish this new model had) and none on the outside. It does have 6 places to attach gear and a large outside pocket.
