Really nice bag overall. Comfortable to wear, looks good, not very heavy, and is a convenient size for anything from a quick errand to a weekend trip. The only annoying thing for me has been the magnetized buckles. The strap buckles attack to the bag's body by magnets, which have very little holding power. They fall off under very little pressure, leaving them held only by the leather straps, assuming those are buckled. I've already lost one after multiple saves, so the bag no longer really closes. Would strongly suggest changing this feature in future designs.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas for his new laptop. He was overjoyed and told me it was the best gift he needed, and never thought of getting. I didn't want a cheapy looking bag and the all leather ones are too expensive for his use.
It's spacious enough for his laptop, charger wires, clipboard and misc. items (portable charger, chapstick, pens, mouse, and Yeti tumbler). It has a waxy finish that is supposed to be water resistant. We did test this with droplets from the sink and they slid off, keeping the bag dry and protected. Sturdy strap for all the weight inside the bag. Size was just right as well. He is 6'3 and wanted to make sure the bag wasn't too small or big and clunky. The only detail that is odd, is the hand strap is located on the back side of the flap as opposed to the top, like a briefcase for easy handling. But this hasn't deterred his use and he still loves it. If you are looking for a middle of the road price point but still looks expensive and performs well, this is an excellent choice!

The front pockets are totally flat though so you can't put much in them. The hand strap I initially thought was weird since it is was offset to the back but it takes pressure off the flap so the bag won't open when you use the hand strap. It's a better placement than similar bags. Ive been using it about 3 months and haven't had any issues. My only gripe is the canvas isn't even a little bit water resistant but that's easily fixed. Overall great bag, don't hesitate to try it.

Really pleased with this bag. I like the relative stiffness of the waxed canvas. Didn't buy it as a laptop bag, but have been able to easily fit my laptops into it as needed. Didn't realize it used a good magnetic system to "fasten" the flap back to the body -- so originally unbuckled it before I realized I just needed to give the straps a good tug and magnetic connectors will separate! Well-designed and good buy for the money.
