I didn't know that too expect buying these for the first time, but they are much better for cleaner eating and clean up than just a regular bib. 5 for under 10 bucks seemed worth it and they are machine washable. I let them air dry though. The different designs are cute and playful. They are thin, but that hasn't been an issue at all and makes it also so it doesn't feel heavy on baby. They can get a little loose around the neck even when tying past the tie point though.

Might look into getting some full cover ones for when we do more messy eating, but these were a good way to test out and having multiples helps!

Overall, this isn't a bad purchase. We use these every day as my son is way too distracted by bibs and they provide more coverage. They could be improved if the neck went up a little higher - food has been finding its way onto the collar of all his shirts. The quality isn't the greatest in general, especially compared to a name brand like munchkin which I also have and is much sturdier - after having them for only a month or so, I have noticed that a few seems are splitting along the sleeves. Though I know you do get what you pay for, and these are much cheaper than a lot of other smocks. Though they do claim to be machine washable, maybe hand washing would help them last a bit longer.

These are great! So much better than regular bibs that catch a little bit of food. My daughter doesn't mind wearing these and when she slides her arm through her food I don't cringe like I used to. Even better is they tie in the back. I bought velcro ones before and the velcro wore out quick and she was able to pull them off.
Only con is they do deteriorate over time. They're super easy to wipe clean when you clean them right away, sometimes I'm in a hurry and they sit so I have to scrub them a little and I know that's what wears them out quicker. But still an awesome find!! Highly recommend!!

Je cherchais des tabliers, à manches longues, imperméables, et si possible, au look sympa. Ceux-l'a ont tous ces critères.
L'attache par lien est plus appropriée que les scratchs qui vieillissent décidément bien mal.
La petit poche de récupération des aliments est toujours une bonne option. Ça n'empêchera pas forcément qu'il y ait un accident - le risque zéro n'existe pas - mais c'est très utile pour stopper du liquide ou semi-liquide avant que ça n'atteigne les jambes.
L'imperméabilité s'est trouvée confirmée lors des petit-déjeuners avec lait au bol. C'est super. Un coup d'éponge et plus rien. Dessous, les vêtements restent secs. Sauf....au col. Car pour protéger du ruissellement le long du menton, puis du cou, ça n'est pas évident. Perso, j'ajoute un bandana en tissu éponge et tout est impeccable .
Le test de la machine à laver a eu lieu. Le tablier est sorti impeccable après un cycle ...à 60°C.
Et en plus, les motifs sont jolis et ça ne prend pas du tout de place lorsqu'il faut l'emmener pour un repas en extérieur !!!
