don't even look at the Mission - this is the one!
There's not very many manufacturers that make an expression pedal with toe-switch, but I'm glad the good folks at HeadRush made this one. It is smooth operating (both from standing and sitting playing positions), and the toe-switch is some super high-tech piece of engineering (not your every day radio-shack momentary). Even as the pedal itself is heavy and super stable, the moving platform for adjusting expression with your foot has very little mass and therefore is very easy to accurately tweak. For folks that use their expression pedals for more than vol/wah (for instance pitch shifting or delay speed), this is a god-send.This is branded for Head Rush gear but works perfectly with the Boss GT-1000CORE. With today's fast modelers that 'look' for data events with even more frequency, old-skool switches just don't cut it. The components of this are made for the digital era. Put this in contrast to the similarly priced exp-toe-switch from Mission which might as well be made from parts from a dumpster-dive. I used to own that one too and it's glitchy components (esp. the toe-switch) is NOT compatible with the GT-1000CORE. Plus Mission has terrible and stuck-up customer service... but I digress...Long story short: get the Head Rush, it is a better value in every way!

This is branded for Head Rush gear but works perfectly with the Boss GT-1000CORE. With today's fast modelers that 'look' for data events with even more frequency, old-skool switches just don't cut it. The components of this are made for the digital era. Put this in contrast to the similarly priced exp-toe-switch from Mission which might as well be made from parts from a dumpster-dive. I used to own that one too and it's glitchy components (esp. the toe-switch) is NOT compatible with the GT-1000CORE. Plus Mission has terrible and stuck-up customer service... but I digress...
Long story short: get the Head Rush, it is a better value in every way!

El toe switch o botón que tiene en la punta es una característica muy útil, prácticamente fue plug & play con mi Headrush Gigboard, debido a ser de la misma marca, quizás con otras debas hacer un proceso de calibración.
El mecanismo que sujeta la parte móvil del pedal con el potenciómetro, es una pieza sólida de metal, que se ve mucho más resistente que el plástico usado en otras marcas o incluso el sistema de ligas/alambres de los pedales a ernie ball, los cuales se rompen con facilidad.
La superficie áspera, permite un agarré muy bueno, se asemeja a una lija del No.80 (para hacer referencia a la textura), el único inconveniente que le veo es que ese material áspero atrae mucho polvo, lo uso únicamente en casa, mayormente con el pie descalzo o con calcetas y pareciera que lo uso con botas de trabajo debido a la cantidad de polvo acumulado en la superficie del pedal, pero con los debidos cuidados, no hay mayor problema.

Se siente y se ve de excelente calidad. Funciona perfectamente. El envío fue rápido (llegó antes de lo estimado)
En mi caso la compré por un precio menor al que tenía hace unos meses (case 100 USD menos) por lo que para mi fue una excelente compra.
No tengo idea como funcione otro equipo que no sea Headrush.
Ojo, necesitas un cable tipo TRS y otro TS para que funcione como debe (no se incluyen)
