This does fit my PT111 Millenium PRO once I used a chisel to remove the trigger guard stops past the lock. (See photo) Took maybe 5min. The trigger guard on the pro must be a bit thicker on the end.Holds it pretty snug and I'll add felt tape where needed once it wears in a bit. Quality for the price is hard to beat.
