Good slippers but not the quality of other Sketchers

I’ve had sketchers slippers in the past but they were the scuff version and I wore them out after 5 years of daily use. I bought these because I prefer to have a fully enclosed slipper and since my first pair lasted so long I figured these would as well. These are definitely not as durable or high quality as my first pair so I doubt they will last as long. That said, I love them. They are super cute and less bulky than most slippers. The fur is incredibly soft. They are plenty warm but very lightweight. I have tiny feet so slippers are frequently too big but these fit great and stay on. There isn’t much cushion but I expected this as my last pair didn’t have and padding either. Fine by me because I add inserts anyway for my extremely high arches. There is plenty of room for me to add an insert and still get my tall arched foot in them, something I’ve had issues with in the past. My only real complaint with these is that there is a rather rough seam that rubs on the side of my foot. With a few days of wear the rubbing stoped bothering me because my skin toughened up but that is something to watch out for if you are sensitive about that sort of thing.

1.5 year update:
After a full year and a half of wear (minus a couple of months during the heat of summer) my slippers are completely worn out. I think they lasted as long as could be expected for the price and I did enjoy them while I had them. The seam the was bugging me softened up and didn’t bother me again. If you are ok with replacing your slippers once a year, and who doesn’t love a new pair, then these are a great choice. If you want something that will last for a very long time you’ll have to keep looking.

I use to love skecher brand, their slippers could definitely use more support and cushion. These ones are cute and soft! But I can tell are going to hurt my feet. I ordered my normal size 8 1/2. It seems they run alittle big, wished I ordered size 8 instead. I had a different stretchers slippers before and they hurt my feet so bad walking around in them. Thought I'd try one more time with these. I'll be looking for a different brand slippers
