Lubricate the wheels, axles, and linkage regularly to avoid squeaks and wear. Wipe with a soft cloth occasionally after use to keep track and wheels free from dirt and grease. Remove all batteries when the train will not be used for an extended period of time. Recommended for ages 14 years and up.

    You can see from the first photo that the boxes for this set were seriously damaged. Amazingly, the train set was perfect without any issues. In the second photo is the train set I bought. It’s quite nice. You can save yourself some money by buying ‘damaged packaging’.

     This seems a little larger than Polar Express model which we purchased last year. The blue tooth option works wells and our 9 year old grandson is using an old iPhone to control his train. I have attached a video with the engine and one car on a custom figure 8 using Lionel FastTrack. He has a shot of the Polar Express on the side as Super Chief passes to compare size of cars and engine.
