No more bump to catch and derail the shower curtain rings! Very sturdy and attractive. It's kind of expensive for what it is, but it seems all "permanent" shower rods command a premium price.

Most people will need to use a hacksaw to trim the tube to fit their application. I tried using a tubing cutter that I use for steel conduit, but this alloy is harder and ended up breaking the blade :-(

I also found that our shower rings made a nails-on-chalkboard screech when sliding on the rod. A light application of mineral oil cleared that up.

I bought 2 shower rods, the wall brackets were scratched from the shower rod rubbing the brackets in shipping on both packages. I would like new wall brackets. They appear to be pretty sturdy with a nice finish. The only problem I see is the damaged wall brackets.

Update: Seller sent 4 new wall brackets to replace damaged brackets (damaged by carrier) almost immediately. Great products and great service, Thank You!

I grew tired of the shower curtain rods that are tension fitted. Invariably, they would fall down, crashing to the floor and possibly breaking something.
This Naiture stainless steel shower curtain rod was precisely what I was looking for.
It's got a nice brushed stainless finish, similar to brushed nickel. The brackets are sturdily made and have a set screw to hold the rod from spinning.
But, more importantly, this will be held in place firmly, because the brackets screw into the wall. No more falling curtain rod hitting the floor or tub.
The 60" length was what I needed. It comes a couple of inches longer than that, which allows adjustment to the opening.
It's thin walled tubing, and very rigid. At first I was going to use a hacksaw to cut it to length, but it cuts just fine with a tubing cutter. This gives a nice, uniform and clean end.
With the brackets, there is approximately 1/4" of adjustment on each, so I cut the tube 1/2" shorter than the wall-to-wall distance.
Leveled the rod, with the brackets loosely attached, marked each wall where the brackets go, screwed the brackets in place: DONE!
Looks good, and it's firmly attached.
A very high quality curtain rod and bracket.
Highly recommended.

The product is awesome. I have in the 48". The problem is with Amazon warehouse, it's mostly crappy waste of time as the items are not reviewed well before they are resold with missing parts. Amazon, you are getting lame with sloppy quality control. Waste of time. Had to rebuy.
The company did reach out and try to fix Amazon warehouse quality gap with the missing flanges. I've already bought a new one. The company did make an effort and the product is really good. It's really Unfair that a product review would include the purchase experience, which is separate from the product itself. But how do you shine a light on the real issue? Good Rod--Poor Directions

I purchased the white version of this fixed rod because the tension rod I started with was not strong enough to support my lined custom-made shower curtain. I'm happy to say that this fixed rod has stayed screwed into the wall and is supporting a very heavy (18 lb) 83" long lined shower curtain. I like the fact that it is white in color and that there is no expansion ridge in middle of the the rod so the shower hooks slide smoothly over the rod. The rod comes with a set of screws and drywall anchors and directions. The directions incorrectly instruct you to drill a 1/4" hole into sheetrock for the supplied anchors . We followed the instructions precisely and when we inserted the anchor into the pilot holes they just fell through the sheetrock wall. You either need to drill a smaller hole or buy bigger anchors. In our case, we drilled all the holes at once so we had to make a trip to the hardware store for a bigger anchor (Ugh!). Once we solved the anchor problem, we were able to attach the rod and put the screws into the anchor. On the con side....the rod comes 60" in length so if you have a 58 1/2" wide tub opening you have to get a hacksaw out to cut the rod to size. We had to cut it three times to finally get a length that would allow us to install this rod (once again.....Ugh!). This rod was NOT fun to install and the directions were inaccurate BUT we're pleased with the outcome. TIPS: You need 2 people to install this rod and if you're using curtain rings with eyelets instead of traditional shower hooks you have to remember to feed the rings on the rod BEFORE you install it. Hope my experience installing this rod is of some benefit to you.

This rod / brackets are strong. I needed a rod that was 1" O.D. to fit into shower brackets already installed and I cut it to length. The wall of the pipe is thick. The brackets that came with it which I did not use look solid as well.
