Not meant for Display Port Purpose to connect to a Monitor

Bought these cables with an assumption that they (UCB-C to USB-C) can be used for my Laptop to connect to a Monitor using a Hub. But, display monitor is not recognized, as these cables are not meant to connect to a Monitor.

They are purely meant for charging purpose or data transfer. It is better if the seller makes this clear that the cable is not for any Monitor (Display) connection. So only people who need for charging purpose can buy.
