I love this mask! It fits right, has cool colors and it's comfortable to wear. I have sun-sensitive skin and numerous brown spots on my face to prove it. Sunscreen alone was not enough for protection. About a year ago I started wearing UV protection masks for hiking and biking in our Arizona sun. Non quite worked just right for me, until this one. They seemed either too small, too large, or too thin, etc. This is the Goldilocks of face masks and I highly recommend it. I hope they come out with more color options.

I was sent a SMALL/Medium ( I ordered a SMALL)
The mask fits loose around the jawline.
I have to take it to be sewn as I recently had precancerous areas on my lips @ nose frozen off.

We moved from the midwest & retired in the Southwest, Tucson AZ. I've always used a 50. mineral SPF on the face area & chest. The sun has been unbearable here, our Monsoon came later then usual.

Our temps during the day are mostly 90's, still a few days in the low 100's between 2:oopm & 4:00pm.
Cancer will undoublty be affecting us all, during the Global Warming thats getting worse, daily.
PLEASE be pro active in the sun here., with protective clothing hats etc Reapply sunscreen.
Amazon PLEASE put them on a good sale!

Things are getting smaller….

My husband and I have a number of these - they’re comfortable, wash and dry well, and are practical. But, they were getting pretty thin so we ordered more. The new ones are smaller than the prior ones and are the same size (L). My husband now gets pretty strangled on this one. I guess we tall folk with larger heads and/or longer faces are out of luck with this company. 😢. It’s a great idea to make different sizes - not everyone is the same size, after all. But actually make the different sizes: don’t just slap a size tag in it.

really hard to breathe and way too small

I'm an average sized woman and I ordered the large based on others reviews. If you wear this as intended it's impossible to breathe. It's tiny even in the large/xl. I have a lot of coolibar masks and none of them fit quite right. The other is too big, this one is too small, just disappointing. Wish they would test these on more people as the thought of getting full coverage (their others don't) was why I purchased. Returning.

I've bought two of these for sun protection when I'm hiking or driving. I'm a 5'4" female, and although the sizing indicates I should have gotten the S/M, I opted for the large version instead. I'm glad I did because the mask stays comfortably on my face without pressing against my mouth or chin. I feel like I get good air flow. I can confirm when I bought this in black, it came with a black fabric zipper bag to hold it ... there wasn't a bag included when I bought it in the mauve color.
