This is a very classic style Bicycle Speedometer, just like the ones you would find on an old classic bike like a Schwinn. This will fit general Bike& Exercycle. But this Speedometer MAY NOT Be Compatible with Some Electric-assist Bicycles, and it is NOT for The Quick Release Wheels That Go above 38 MPH . It does NOT fit the small size bike with rise handlebar(Not Fit Beach Cruiser Forks)or the bike with Disc Style Breaks.

This speedometer does not work on quick release axles.
There is no assembly instruction paper for it is easy to install.If you don't know how to do please check it online from the following information.
Instructions:
1. Attach the speedometer with the large black plastic screw to the metal mounting bracket by aligning it with the two indentations. Make sure the speedometer is not upside down. (Do not remove the two screws at the bottom of the speedometer)
2. Then attach the speedometer with mounting bracket attached to the middle RIGHT side of your handlebar just right of the stem.
3. Loosen your front wheel, unscrew the quick lease, insert the grey round plastic part INSIDE the suspension forks on the RIGHT side by using the two supplied washers. The metal bracket attached to the round plastic part faces towards the spokes. Reattach the front wheel.
4. Attach the cable to the speedometer (marked "UP" on the cable) and into the grey round plastic part now attached to the front wheel at the RIGHT side inside the brackets. The cable is just long enough to reach from the speedometer to the plastic part attached to the front wheel in a straight line down.

But no biggie as I installed it on our old roadmaster 240 stationary bike. It was easy to install, had to push in the line and screw it in tightly to make the speedometer to actually work.
