Great moisturizer, but does seem to break me out. Absorbs well and leave skin soft.
I DO like this lotion and find that it worked wonders for my complexion - mainly leaving my skin smoother and helping to fade dark marks and acne scars. However, I did start to break out a lot more upon using this - mainly tiny whiteheads, which is a sign of it clogging my pores. I have a hard time when it comes to retinol products: either they irritate my skin or they clog my pores and break me out.Besides that issue, I like the consistency of the lotion and the fact that it absorbs very well and doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or sticky. Even though it's a thicker cream, it feels pretty lightweight once you put it on. Plus, a little goes a long way so you only need a pea size. It has a very light, feminine scent to it that is pleasant.I like that the instructions suggest you gently PAT it on your face. This is a method I've never heard of when applying lotion or moisturizer, but now I'm doing it every day (with other products); it's my new favorite technique. I don't know what it is, but I seem to get much better absorption this way. I only wish I could use this cream without breaking out; it would be perfect.I received this product complimentary in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are 100% mine.
