What a treasure this book is! It is like a chapter-by-chapter unveiling of the beautiful Lord Jesus and His wonderful finished work on our behalf. This book has opened my eyes to how God saw me before time even began, as His beautiful and innocent little child, held in His embrace, the delight of His heart! People have lost sight of their belovedness, yet God never stopped loving His created children, and Jesus came and freed us to really see who we are to God and be able to really open up and be ourselves before Him without any fear of rebuke or displeasure. He has only way of relating to us - through His nature of Pure Love! Where once I imagined God frowning at me with displeasure, now I see Him smiling at me with joy dancing in His eyes! I can start to actually develop a real relationship with Him in the absence of fear, for His love just dispels the fears and draws me to just enjoy His embrace, the holy hug that He's held me in from before creation! And I can start to love others and even myself, seeing all through HIS eyes of perfect love!
